Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Blizzard Academy, we prioritize your satisfaction and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Rest assured that we have your best interests at heart. Firstly, if we are compelled to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a refund. We strive to always maintain the highest standards at all times, but sometimes situations arise that are beyond our control.

We understand that health concerns can unexpectedly hinder your ability to participate in a tour. If you find yourself unable to join us due to illness or injury, we extend our sympathies and offer a refund upon submission of a valid medical certificate. If you decide to cancel the tour or course, and this is done one month before the scheduled date, we are happy to provide a refund.

Please note that the service fee charged by PayPal is non-refundable and is retained by PayPal as part of their transaction processing requirements. Additionally, if you opt for an alternative payment method, a non-refundable service fee of 2% will still apply.

Lastly, we want you to know that our courses and tours are designed to proceed smoothly in most weather conditions. We prioritize the safety of our participants. In cases of severe weather, where engaging in the tour may pose extra risks, we reserve the right to make necessary decisions to ensure everyone's well-being. While it is a rare occurrence, please understand that we will always make choices that prioritize safety over any potential inconvenience caused.
